Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactIt is very hard to make a nature photo, that stands out of the crowd, and even harder in case of a long exposure water scape, that is becoming somewhat overused here on dA. What makes this shoot special for me is the amount of contrast between the white and soft silk like substance - the water - and the dark and hard stones with their rich patterns. The contrast in colors, and the patterns is outstanding, and adds a lot to the dynamics of this image. And that is where the flowers come into picture: I'm always amazed by these plants, who flirt with the conditions on the highest mountains, and strikes their roots on the rocks! By blurring the water :devkinfeofdreams: depicts this struggle very well.
What else could I add? Vision is excellent, the way depicted is original, exposure and choice of time is perfect. No wonder it has the impact <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="
